Notice of AGM, Annual Financial Report 2009 and Circular

Gresham Computing plc (LSE: GHT) announces that it has today posted a circular to shareholders regarding the proposed Placing of 5,285,088 new Ordinary Shares at 15.75 pence per share, as announced on 29 April 2010, together with the Notice of 2010 Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) and Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2009.

The AGM is to be held at the offices of Singer Capital Markets Limited, One Hanover Street, London, W1S 1YZ, at 11.00 a.m. on 9 June 2010.

Copies of the above documents have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority’s Document Viewing Facility, which is situated at:
