ISAM-XA is a TP Resource Manager for ISAM files, which complies with the Open Group XA standard. It enables you to build fully transactional multi-user ISAM applications on UNIX platforms. It also allows you to build TUXEDO or TOP END applications that can access ISAM data as part of a global distributed transaction. It is designed for use in high-performance, high concurrency, resilient operational on-line applications.
