TOP Software Development Kit
TOP's Software Development Kit (SDK) is a software toolkit for programmers who build workstation-based NonStop server applications.
TOP SDK enables programmers to gain access to the command and control communication dialogue between a program running on a workstation and TOP's server (the Management Interface Process (MIP)) running on a connected NonStop server.
Using the SDK a programmer is able to design workstation-based programs to log on to a NonStop server, start and stop command interpreters, issue commands, and receive corresponding responses. The SDK handles all the complexities associated with communication, logging on and process creation.
SDK is packaged as an object-oriented control that can be 'plugged-in' and accessed from popular workstation programming languages, such as Visual Basic and C/C++. The package includes a demonstration program and extensive documentation.

Standard OCX control provides simplified access to your NonStop machines from any compatible desktop development environment, including .NET.

OCX can be redistributed with any desktop applications that you develop.

Hundreds of users run products built with the same OCX to access their NonStop servers.
