Liquidity Risks addressed by Real-Time Cash Reporting Service

London – 21 June 2010 – Gresham Computing plc, the real-time financial solutions specialist, is pleased to announce the following progress and enhancements to its Clareti Cash Reporting Service, formerly known as Real-Time Nostro.

SWIFT membership enhances Liquidity picture for users
Gresham has been a corporate member of SWIFT for some time and we are pleased to announce a recent upgrade to NOn-SUpervised (NOSU) status. As a result, the Cash Reporting Service is now able to receive and present any SWIFT message type, when previously we were restricted to the MT9nn series of payment messages.

For example, we have had demand for, and are now able to receive, MT5nn series (securities) messages over SWIFT. This means that estimated balances can now include the expected cash movement far earlier in the day, giving clear sight of ‘booked’ cash movements alongside settled cash positions.

This enhancement greatly enriches the information now available to users managing Liquidity risk and the critical end of day funding processes.

Can I trial the Cash Reporting Service?
Yes. If you would like to undertake a trial of the service, simply contact a Gresham representative and we will be happy to discuss the currencies available and subscription process.
