Placing of new Ordinary Shares
Gresham Computing plc is pleased to announce a placing of 2,500,000 million new Ordinary Shares (the 'Placing Shares') at a price of 110 pence per share (the 'Placing Price') with institutional and other investors in order to raise £2.75 million (before expenses).
The funds raised will be used to strengthen the Company’s balance sheet, fund its ongoing capital requirements and to fund the expansion of its business .....
