Gresham announces the following Board change
Gresham announces that, following an internal re-organisation, Dean Osman has resigned from the Gresham Board with effect from 30 June 2006. Dean remains committed to the future success of Gresham and from 1 July 2006 will take up a new operational role within Gresham EMEA.
Alan Howarth, non-executive chairman, commented:
"Dean joined the Board in 1998 and has remained committed to the Company through periods of great change. The Board wishes to express its thanks to Dean for his commitment and effort over the last 8 years."
