Board Change
Gresham announces that on 18 January 2008 Rob Glenn gave notice of his resignation as a director of Gresham Computing plc. Rob will be leaving the Company and stepping down from the Board after a transitional period to pursue other opportunities. The Company will make a separate announcement when the date from which this resignation is to take effect has been determined.
