The Company received notification on 5 September 2006 that Gartmore Investment Management plc had increased its notifiable interest to 8,102,872 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company at 30 August 2006, representing 16.1% of the outstanding share capital of the Company.
The outstanding share capital of the Company remains at 50,269,809 ordinary shares of 5 pence each.
