The Company was notified on 8 May 2006 that, as at 5 May 2006, J O Hambro Capital Management Limited had increased its interest to 5,185,750 ordinary shares of 5 pence each, representing 10.32% of the outstanding share capital of the Company.
The outstanding share capital of the Company remains at 50,269,809 ordinary shares of 5 pence each.
