Gresham Computing plc (LSE: GHT), the specialist provider of software based solutions that enable customers to achieve real-time financial certainty in transaction and cash management, is pleased to confirm that Rob Grubb has been appointed Group Finance Director, a role which he has held on an interim basis since April 2010, with immediate effect.

Rob has a beneficial interest in 6,405 shares in the Company and holds Options over a further 300,000 shares, with an exercise price of £0.28, granted under the Company’s Share Option Schemes 2010. There are no other matters required to be disclosed pursuant to Listing Rules 9.6.13 (1) to (6) inclusive.
