Trading Update

Gresham Computing plc (LSE: GHT), the specialist provider of real-time financial solutions, is pleased to provide the following trading update for the year ended 31 December 2010.

In line with the Company’s IMS of 2 November 2010, the improvement in trading reported for the first three quarters of 2010 has continued through to 31 December 2010 and the financial position of the Company was further enhanced through profitable trading in the fourth quarter. The Company expects to report a year-end cash position of approximately £3.1 million (2009: £0.7 million).

The order book and pipeline of new business for delivery in 2011 is strong.
