Result of General Meeting

Gresham, the specialist provider of real-time financial solutions, is pleased to announce that at the General Meeting of the Company held at 11.00 a.m. today, all the resolutions set out in the Notice of General Meeting dated 4 December 2010 were passed by a show of hands.

The results of the proxy votes lodged in advance of the General Meeting will be available on Gresham’s website www.gresham-computing.com shortly.

In accordance with the Company’s obligations under Listing Rule 9.6.2, copies of the resolutions passed have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for viewing at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.
